Steal My Style! #1

So I recently have been a bit naughty and have purchased way too many things for myself. But hey, I'm adding to my fall wardrobe, right? Plus I had a 20% off one item coupon to use at H&M... and uh.. uh.. that's really my only logical reasoning. So anyway, I thought maybe a few of you would be interested in some of my choices to add to your fall wardrobe!
So here are some instagram shots of my most recent purchases (like in the last week). The sheer peach/black blouse is from Forever 21, as is the necklace, the leather bomber jacket, and metallic powder blue sweater. The metallic gold shirt, the gloves and the hat are from H&M. I will do a seperate post reviewing and just crying over how beautiful and amazing my MAC x Marilyn Monroe Products are! But there's a quick snap of what I got.
So online, I found the original link for the gloves and necklace I got, they're the exact items I have! I am sure these styles are everywhere though, so you can really vary where you get them. The wool/faux leather detailed gloves are warm enough for the chilly fall and chic enough to have me looking pretty and proper with those little bows and classic fit. I purchased them at H&M. To be honest, I really want to go back for the coral color too! Or green.. or camel.. or all of them. The necklace is an awesome arrangement of different size gold chains and a black satiny fabric woven through them from Forever 21. It's quite sturdy and heavy too, not cheap looking but very cheap in price! Although my hat is from H&M and has these lovely little gold leaf charms on it, there was a really similar one listed on Nasty Gal if you can't find it in stores yourself! Blogger Melanie from Style to Stage has a whole post with beautiful pictures of her wearing the hat here!! And finally my new OBSESSION is any knit with some metallics in it! Flecked, sewn, stitched, coated, I love me some sparkle. My sweater is from the Forever 21 Love 21 Contemporary section, but this amazing chunky, sandy colored one is by Rag & Bone. So there you have it! A start to my fall wardrobe selections... What are you counting on as your autumn wardrobe staples this year? And for good measure... here's two of my nails of the week shots! My Weekend at SU!

This weekend was my two best friend's 21st birthday! They are twins :) I went up with a couple of my other good girl friends and had such a fun time. The campus is beautiful! I definitely can't wait to go back and visit again. The only bad part was the food service there. Literally every place we ate the servers were SO rude. Annoying, especially since we all work in restaurants ourselves.

These are some shoes I got from Forever 21 for $36 and the polish I wore for the weekend.

We actually saw a quidditch team practicing! I was so excited. I wish my school had friggin quidditch! (Shoes are F21) And a beautiful building exterior.

This building supposedly was what the Addams Family house was based on! And a funny sign held up with Hello Kitty tape :)

Melanie and I before the party and me in an awesome bathroom at a bar near campus! I don't know the name of it.

Happy birthday Lindsay and Lisa! And a Sunday morning Salted Caramel from Starbucks.. to die for!

Lastly here's a photo of me, Lindsay and Melanie the night of the twin's birthday! I am wearing:
shoes- Forever 21, blouse- Charlotte Russe,
skirt- H&M, jewelery- all Forever 21,
watch- Betsey Johnson, lipstick- MAC Morange.

It's nice to get away from work and everything for a little while. I am expecting a big order in from ULTA today so perhaps I will have another post up tonight about everything I got! Or an unboxing video? We will have to see... :)

Mini Fall Haul

So I went shopping about a week or two ago and just grabbed some things to add to my fall wardrobe! I really like pops of color with more structured items, and as you can see I ended up getting a color scheme going on in my shopping trip, unintentionally. Hot pink, black, denim and golds. The black studded blouse is from Charlotte Russe for about $22, as is the pink blazer, for about $25. They also give you a 10% student discount there! The far left pink pants and far right black pants are both from H&M for a steal of $12 each! They are awesome colors and high-waisted, pocketless, with a side zip. I got a "sock bun" accessory from there too for about $5, and the skinny cheetah print braided belt for I think $10. The denim studded shirt is from Forever 21 for only $22, it's really thick and comfy and well made, surprisingly! I also grabbed a couple pairs of earrings from there for cheap. Below I posted a few links to similar pieces that you can order online or keep an eye out for things like this in stores if you like the style! Fall is the best time of year for fashion. What are some of your pre-fall essentials?
